The house sleeps 14 and is ideal for families or groups wishing to explore the countryside or simply get away from it all and relax in the garden.
A large entrance hall leads to all downstairs living areas; lounge, dinning room & kitchen, games room/second dinning area and cloakroom/WC.
The lounge has a decorative electric fire, music system and TV/DVD player. There is also a full size piano guests are welcome to use if feeling musical. French windows open onto the terrace with steps down to a large lawn.
The dinning/breakfast room seats up to 8 and is adjacent to the first kitchen, recently refurbished and well equiped with a range cooker. A second dinning area, seating up to 12, is also the games room with mini snooker and board games. Leading from the games room is a small utility area ideal for storing bicycles/drying wet coats and boots etc. as this is also accessible from a back door onto the terrace. The main kitchen leads through to the east wing - self contained with a second living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and two ground floor bedrooms.
Upstairs are five bedrooms and one bathroom. The first family room sleeps 3, plus cot, with one king size bed and one single bed. This room has wonderful views of the garden.
There is a second, spacious family room with a queen sized double and one single bed. One single room, one traditional twin and one attic bedroom sleeping two in separate alcoves. A third alcove in the attic room is a dressing/seating area. The main bathroom is on the first floor with WC, washbasin and bath with hand held shower.
